When a covered item fails, contact member support online or through your member portal. Provide a description of the problem and preferred appointment windows. We assign a contractor from our network who will diagnose the issue. If the repair is covered, you pay only your contractual trade service fee; we handle approved parts and labor up to policy limits.
Maintenance you perform as a homeowner—such as changing filters or clearing minor clogs—helps keep systems healthy and may be required to maintain coverage. Always review your plan booklet for full details.
